Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brinkley Academy of Music website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Digital Products

License Grant

When you purchase digital sheet music or educational materials, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This license allows you to:

• Download the purchased files to your devices
• Print copies for your personal practice and performance
• Use the materials in private teaching (one student at a time)

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the digital files
• Upload the files to any sharing platform
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Use the materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Make copies for distribution to ensemble members (contact us for ensemble licenses)

Download Terms

After purchase, you will have access to download your files for 7 days, with a maximum of 5 downloads per file. If you need additional access, contact our support team.

Lesson Services

Enrollment

Lesson enrollment is subject to instructor availability. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month, regardless of the number of lessons in that month.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for lesson cancellations. Lessons cancelled with less notice will be charged in full. One makeup lesson per month is available when proper notice is given.

Withdrawal

To withdraw from lessons, please provide written notice by the 15th of the month prior to your last month of lessons.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Lesson tuition is non-refundable but may be credited toward future lessons in certain circumstances at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including sheet music, arrangements, educational materials, and website design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Brinkley Academy of Music or our licensors.

Limitation of Liability

Brinkley Academy of Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
