How do I download my purchased files?
After completing your purchase, you'll be redirected to a success page with download links. You'll also receive an email with the same links. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times within 7 days of purchase.
My download link expired. Can I get a new one?
Yes! Contact us with your order email address and we'll generate fresh download links for you. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your request.
Can I get a refund on digital purchases?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded. However, if you're experiencing issues with a file, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
What file format are the sheet music downloads?
All sheet music is delivered as high-quality PDF files. You can view them on any device and print them at home on standard letter-size paper.
How do I schedule a lesson trial?
Fill out the inquiry form on our Lessons page and we'll contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a consultation or trial lesson.
What is your cancellation policy for lessons?
We require 24 hours notice for lesson cancellations. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. One makeup lesson per month is available when cancelled with proper notice.
